Hotel Rules

• 1. Check-in: 2:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• 2. Caretaker Timings: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
• 3. Security deposit of ₹10,000 will be charged for every booking.
• 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
• 5. Smoking is allowed outdoors & terrace area Violating this policy may result in fines.
• 6. The kitchen, if accessible, is for light cooking only (e.g., tea, coffee, Maggi, noodles).
• 7. Inverter backup is available for up to 4 hours with basic fan and light, and that electricity disconnections are due to government supply issues  and not the responsibility of the Property.
• 8. Guests must e-sign a disclaimer form at check-in and present a valid photo ID if not already provided during booking.
• 9. Any damages to the property or its belongings will be charged to the guest.
• 10. Maximum occupancy: 16 guests.  If occupancy exceeds 10 guests, an additional charge 2000  per person will apply.
• 11. Children below 5 years stay free of charge.
